pleasure the following Ordinanes intituled:-
An Ordinance to amend the Pension Ordinance, 1862.
No. 29 of 1917.
2. The report of Attorney-General enclosed
explains the object of this Ordinance, and I have given the
personal explanation to Sir W. Rees Davies and Mr. Gompertz
suggested in the third paragraph of your Despatch under
